Jessica Needham
Owner
After working long hours for several years, Jessica decided to start her career and passion in the skin care industry. She has been an esthetician for 4 years and specializes in analyzing her clients skin and working with them to achieve results! Jessica is extremely knowledgeable in her trade and can tell you about any ingredient in your current skin care products and recommend ones that will benefit your skin. She will work with you to find what works best with your lifestyle! Jessica is also one of our talented lash artist specializing in classic eyelash extensions.
Kara Lefever
Eyelash Artist/ Esthetician
Kara Lefever is a Richmond resident, who studied theatre at Radford University. This is where she learned her love of makeup. She later moved to Orlando, FL to study beauty/bridal makeup. She has been doing makeup for 10 years and has expanded her horizons! She now is a licensed esthetician and has been offering lash services for a little over a year. Her goal is for each client to feel beautiful on the outside just as they are on the inside.
She loves to hang with her two dogs when not at Curly Willow Spa, or you can catch her on the field playing kickball with some friends.

Amy Rusk

Amy has been a part of Curly Willow Spa since the beginning! As an esthetician Amy has mastered the art of eyelash extensions and skin care after being in the industry for 6 years. Amy is amazing at working with her clients to find the best result that suits their lifestyle and preferences. You will love Amy for her kind heart and sincerity! Amy "loves making women's' morning routines quicker and giving them a boost of confidence" when the come visit her. When she's not working she loves to be with her two rescue dogs!
Katie Walker
Lash Artist/ Cosmetologist
Katie moved here from Southern Oregon last year and is excited to start this new chapter of her life here in Virginia! She is a licensed esthetician and has been doing lashes since 2017. Katie has a passion for making others feel beautiful is excited to bring her services to Richmond, VA!
When she’s not working she loves spending time with her Australian Shepherd Kora, who shares the same love of Starbucks and lazy days by the pool.

Becoming intentional with self care I became a client of Curly Willow Spa! I religiously get my lash extensions done. The stars aligned allowing me to become a member of the amazing team. I am excited about this new journey. My friends would describe me as easy going, a good listener with an infectious smile. I am a college student currently studying Psychology. On my off days I spend it at the gym.

Stephanie Truong is a licensed Master Esthetician currently based in Richmond, Va. She comes from an extensive background of work experience, but has always been a lover of all things beauty. Stephanie specializes in luxury, individual lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, waxing, relaxing European facials, advanced skincare treatments, and more! She is constantly continuing education to ensure she stays on top of today’s hottest trends, and has the best, quality services to offer her clients. Stephanie is a licensed and certified Master Lash Artist, Certified Temptu Airbrush Makeup Artist, and Certified in Lash Bomb USA Lash Lifting and Tinting just to name a few. Outside of work, you can find her spending time with her loved ones and English Bulldog Sir Chewy, throwing down in the kitchen, going fishing, and traveling the world. No matter the task at hand, one thing always remains true. Stephanie creates everlasting memories with every person she crosses paths with. Whether it’s making you laugh or smile or having you leave her treatment room looking and feeling like a million bucks, she will leave you better than she found you.
Gabrielle Hundley

Gabrielle is a Master Esthetician, born and raised in Richmond. She is incredibly passionate about all things skin. Gabrielle provides a deeply relaxing transformative experience, making all her clients feel confident and beautiful when they leave the room. When she’s not working, Gabrielle enjoys playing with her puppies, trying new recipes, shopping, and deepening her yoga practice.
